Turning Factor recently provided us with half a day of appraisal training. Our tutor took time to learn how we currently do things and to listen to the issues our Manager’s had with our current system. Over the course of only one morning the attitude of the group was transformed from a position of negativity to one of positive involvement through the learning and activities we carried out. A follow up session confirmed that our appraisal process had been greatly improved and Managers were now more confident, efficient and comfortable in carrying out their staff appraisals. Even more so, they confirmed that they had saved over 3 days of time by being more motivated and efficient in their delivery of the appraisal.
